How to: Create a new workbook in Excel 95.
Solution:
Select 'New...' from the 'File' menu, select the desired template to create the new workbook from, and choose 'OK'.
NOTE: The following procedure assumes that Excel 95 is open.
1) Select the 'File' menu and select 'New...'. (The 'New' dialog box appears.)
2) Do one of the following:
a) Create a new, blank workbook:
1] Click the 'General' tab.
2] Click 'Workbook' icon.
3] Click 'OK'.
b) Create a new workbook based on an existing template:
1] Click the tab for the desired type of workbook.
2] Select the desired template.
3] Click 'OK'.
NOTE: Templates have an extension of .XLT.
